Perfect combination

We love the Leatte neck braces, this just simplifies trying to figure out which chest protector works with the brace. The chest/back/shoulder protection is an excellent fit, very adjustable, and top notch! We feel very confident putting our Son out on the track with good equipment like this!

Works better than expected

I purchased this Fusion vest to try something new as in previous years I used a neck brace on top of my chest protector as most people do. I found that the neck brace seemed to want to move independently from the chest protector. However when I put the Fusion vest on and took the bike out for woods practice it was like wearing nothing. Even ducking the head to go under a downed tree had no interference with the neck brace and helmet. Then when I hopped on the quad to throw down some laps, the vest flexed and moved with my body and was like it wasn't even there. The Fusion vest even allows me to wear my camel-back under the plate without restrictions.

Vents well and very comfortable

Great vest! This is my first vest, as I've just started riding dirt bikes. Although it's expensive, I have peace of mind knowing the protection I've bought into. But the best things about this vest, especially for a beginner like myself that started riding in the summer, is that it vents very well and I don't even notice I'm wearing it! I completely forget I have it on because I can move freely in it, it's lightweight, and the great venting. I have zero complaints, other than I wish it was less expensive. But other than price, which you really can't place a value on safety, this was an excellent choice. Even my friends, who bought lesser vests, are now upgrading after trying this vest. Highly recommend.

One Weak Link

Leatt is known for comfortable Safety gear, however their warranty does not cover any broken parts that are the caused by a wreck or accident. That being said, took a spill on the track and the cheap plastic clip that holds on the shoulder pad broke and is integrated into the lining of the protector (pretty sure if this stayed in tact I would not have separated my AC Joint). No way to replace without replacing the entire liner and I am sure it would break again. Fix is to cut off the opposite side clip and completely remove shoulder pads, you now have an expensive roost guard with neck brace. Moral of the story, if you are going to pay top dollar for safety gear they should at least try and work with you to replace the one weak link in this products system.

I have been riding in this for the past 2 years and let me say WOW! First off this thing is super light and so well ventilated I mean once I get on the bike I actually forget I even have it on it feels like I am only wearing a Jersey, it moves so well with your body and so flexible it's amazing! Second, I just had a pretty bad crash the past weekend and went down in the whoops and the first thing to hit was my chin on the face of another whoop and I belive iv I didnt gave this on I would've had a neck injury. The only thing I have a slight problem with and I mean the smallest problem is when you're riding it can get difficult to look forward on where you want to go cause you cant tilt your head back far enough but if that means protecting my neck then I'm fine with that!

Great product

Very comfortable, easy to put on and very sturdy. Fits true to size. Worn it plenty but have not had any headers thankfully.

Ride with confidence

I was a little concerned that it would restrict my movement. I race ATV MX so I have to lean off the side the bike and constantly change body position. I can honestly say that I don’t even notice it on me when I am racing.

Leatt fusion 3.0

I highly recommend this product, I have used and abused it for 2 years now but none of the abuse has shown on me. The vest with built in neck brace works great and is very comfortable and maneuverable. I took a nasty header off an approximate 50 footer that knocked me out but I believe this saved me from worse injury. In any type of crash it will take the brunt of the beating. This product is the best and I will never use anything else again

Q: Do any helmets go better than average with the Fusion 3.0? Any reason the Leatt helmets work better or pretty much any modern helmet is fine? (I’m currently using a TLD SE4.)

A: Though this is a very valid question, the Fusion 3.0 works with all modern helmets, I have used the neck brace with several helmets, a 6D ATR-1, and a Bell Moto-9 flex, and Fox V1, and have no issues with mobility.

Compare to the Leatt Moto GPX Club I've had for a few years and has simply been amazing?

A: The Leatt Fusion 3.0 Vest neck brace is based on the 4.5 and 5.5 neck brace. You would have the same protection and features as your Leatt Moto GPX Club with the added protection of the vest.
