So far so good

I'm waiting to see how long these Kenda tires hold up & how many miles... I do think I saved some money though with Motosport.. The guy took my order was very knowledgeable & friendly, courteous which made me feel like I was getting good service on my purchase..

Great tire, worth the money.

I bought this as a get me by tire. I was wrong. The rubber is soft enough to stick in the turns but seems to be wearing good. And this tire is excellent in the rain. I got caught in a down pour and at 40 mph on wet roads there was no walking and the braking was great.

A: This would be a straight conversion so 130/90-16 front and a 15/90-15 rear. We do not however offer either size in this K671.

My husband's bike tire says 130/90/16 67H, what does 67H mean?

A: 67 would be the Load index (677lbs) and H would be the Speed Rating (H = Max MPH 130).

Load Carrying capacities:
Make sure your tires have a sufficient load carrying capacity for your vehicle and added weight. When calculating your load capacity, take into account the weight of the motorcycle, the weight of any additional luggage or gear, and whether you carry passengers. Proper tire inflation is necessary when making this calculation. Never exceed the vehicle load capacity noted on the VIN plate, in your motorcycle owner’s manual, or the maximum load noted on your tires sidewall.

Speed Ratings:
Speed ratings are recognized by the Industry Standards Organization (ISO). Always match the tire speed rating to your motorcycle requirement. Contact Kenda or consult your owners manual for more information.

A: For the front you will want to go with a 90/90-19 or 100/90-19 and a 130/90-16 for the rear. Unfortunately the Kenda K671front tire is not available in a 19" rim. If you could give us a call at 888-676-8853 we would be happy to help you get a tire combo for your bike.

Q: Will the tire fit my OEM rim? can i put a tube in? what size tube for the difference in tire/rim size?
I ride a 1997 Suzuki ls650 Savage. front tire 100/90/19 rear tire 140/80/15 i believe the bike needs tubes. and can i fit the 110/90/19 for front and the 170/90/15 for the rear? dont worry about fender clearance on the rear. i have a new one coming in... i just want to know if the 170 stands for milimerters and if itl fit my existing stock rim. NOW. if the tire fits the rim. what size tube do i get? one to match the aftermarket tire size?

A: The "170" refers to the tire width. The "90" would be the side wall radio (90% of 170mm) and the "15" would be your rim diameter. So yes, this will fit a 15" rim like you have. Also, normally you will want to order the same size tube as the tire, if the specific size isn't available you can normally go down one size and it will still work fine.

Q: Will a Size Variation Work ?
I have an 02 Honda Shadow ACE with OEM 120/90/17 front and 170/80/15 rear - I found an exact match on the rear - BUT the closest I found on the front was 110/80/17 - will this work on my existing wheel (OEM spoke wire) that the OEM is 120/90/17 ?

A: Yes I had to do the same thing for muy bike. With the narrower tier the quickness for turns and cutting is faster so be careful when you first ride it other than that no problems
BigSteve

A: Yes as I have said before it is working for me with better turning and quickness of movement from side to side

A: It is recommended to use the stock tire sizing. You can switch to other sizes at your discretion, but it will have an effect on the handling. You can view the available front tires in the correct sizing here: http://www.motosport.com/cruiser/120~90-17-tires.

A: You can use a tube in a tubeless tire. You can not use a tube type tire as tubeless.
