  The Hooligan CE jacket is the physical representation of the core ICON mission of protecting the most at-risk riders. Built with ICON's sport fit pattern for an aggressive riding stance, it is constructed of a 300D polyester chassis loaded with D3O Impact Protectors in the shoulder, elbow, and back. In addition, Iron Weave mesh panels are placed in strategic areas significantly increase airflow through the jacket. The Hooligan is equipped with impact and abrasion coverage yet maintains its easy wearing and max comfort characteristics.
