This tire tool / tire spoon is the best I have used. I have tried many different ones, the simplicity of this tool made me pass it over at first. A buddy said his KTM dealer commended it, he tried it and loved it. I got a set and they really are great. They look simple, but what makes them different is the strength of the steel used and the thin wide tip. The tip is very thin yet very strong.
this tire strong and easy fix the tire , the best is only for the front tire !
These work really well .They fit your hands nicely and the round tips are just like spoons no tube pinching, be sure to use small bites or they will bend, also get the tire bead holder to give you that extra hand.
Just wish they were made with American steel.
I had some trail sized spoons before this........ Those were great for the trail, But not when your changing tires/patching tubes sometimes weekly. These are worhth every penny. The plastic handle is a bit flexy, but nothing to worry about. Also get the HP tire bead tool (bead buddy)
I threw this product into my cart when ordering something else to get to the free shipping treshhold. I used it this weekend for the first time and it was great. Works better than all my other tire irons. Skinny enough spoon to get between the tire and rim, yet strong enough to not bend as I pried the tire off. The plastic grip handle was much easier on the hands too.
you have to have these tire irons when changing a tire. They are very cheap for the money it will save you when pinch your tube or damage your rim with a flat head srew driver. Don't even think about using a flat head screw driver. Just get three of these.
round tip on the end prevents pinching your tube and having to buy another. Great product. I like the grip becuase most other tire irons dont even have grips on them.
Great tool, make sure you get two though.
The handle could be a little softer for extra grip but that is a minor gripe. No sharp edges and is easy to hang on to. You can always use a good iron so take a good look at this one.
