A: Yes but the Head chamber area must be machined deeper and the engine cases will need to be bored out to accept the longer stroke crank.

A: You would need to replace your piston with a vertex piston with the pn of 23616A to run this stroker crank, and before throwing this in I would check and service the rest of the motor and cylinder to make sure nothing is damaged before rebuilding with this stroker kit.

I am trying to bring out the most power in my crf150r without purchasing a big bore kit. Are there any other Engine parts that I would have to purchase to make this work?

A: You'll need new gaskets and depending on you crank bearings condition. You might want to get those replaced as well.

A: This will not fit fuel injected R or X models. It will work with the Cylinder Works 478cc big bore kit only.
