Asesome cant get wbougg if it gas a lotta powrr
Put it on my 2014 z400 a couple years ago also used the hmf tuner for fuel injection it gave it a noticeable jump in power there is more low to mid range torque helping the acceleration and it sounds awesome. I’ve ran other pipe on multiple bikes and for anything four stroke hmf always has given me the best resaults!
This slip on will give your atv more power. It also looks awesome! Installation easy. I installed it in 1 hour. If your looking for power HMF slip on exhaust is it!
I have this on my 2011 YFZ450 and it sounds great. It outshines my friends fmf and sounds and looks better
Looks and sounds great, but mounts did not line up I had to drill new holes on the exhaust mounts for the bolts to align. 2012 ltz 400
I love this muffle I had it on my old quad and sold it I'm saving up for a new one love these and will always have one on my quad

Question:Q: I want to get one for my 2019 yfz 450r, do I need to tune it or not? I read that it can damage engine and exhaust if not tuned.Question asked Over 9 months ago
Question answered by PaulUser's contributor status: Top 10Question answered Over 9 months agoAnswer: A: We have the HMF Competition Slip-On Exhaust for your 2019 YFZ450R.
Whether for a sport bike, dirt bike, cruiser, or ATV, an after-market exhaust system or a slip-on muffler will improve the performance of your motorcycle, which is particularly important for the race track and competition.
The stock exhaust systems are designed to meet the emissions and noise-level restrictions set in place by most federal, state, and local authorities, and laws vary from state to state. It’s important that everyone check with local laws to understand what changes to your stock exhaust system are permitted.
Most after-market exhaust parts are lighter weight than the originals from the manufacturers. Most after-market exhaust parts allow the exhaust to flow more freely, and with reduced back pressure, and thereby improve performance. Performance improvements might be achieved with higher horse power and top end speed, or tuned for better low-end torque and quicker acceleration.
Allowing the exhaust to flow with less restriction usually demands adjusting and retuning of the fuel/air system, whether it is carbureted or fuel injected. In many cases, you might not know whether or not adjustment or retuning is needed until after you installed the new exhaust and taken it out for test-ride.
Fuel injection systems are usually electronically controlled. Adjusting and tuning fuel injection systems usually require a fuel management system. More information is at this site: http://www.motosport.com/blog/sportbike-and-motorcycle-fuel-management-guide

Question:Q: If I bought this for my 07 honda trx 400ex all stock do I have to get anything new for it or can I just slip it on?Question asked Over 3 years ago
Question answered by MotoSportExpertUser's contributor status: Expert MotoSport StaffQuestion answered Over 3 years agoAnswer: A: Normally when installing a slip-on only minor jetting changes are needed, if any at all. If your ATV is currently jetted properly you will likely not have to make any changes after installing this slip-on. I would recommend installing the exhaust and riding the ATV to see how it is running then tuning your carburetor from there if necessary.
