Hinson clutches last longer and pull great

I'm not hard on the clutch, and the Hinson clutches last about 50 hours on my CRF250. Changing the oil often keeps these clutches pulling hard.

Outstanding clutch for my 2017 Yamaha WR250F

My 2017 Yamaha WR250F had the typical dragging clutch issue that most WRs have with the factory clutch when the engine is hot. I researched for months trying to find a solution and lived with the problems and frustration of clutch drag for too long. I should have bought this clutch kit a long time ago. This clutch performs flawlessly and I am extremely pleased. The springs are stiffer than the original springs but the clutch feel is excellent. I have 5 hours on the new clutch now and very happy overall.

Great Clucth

Hinson products are some of the best you can buy for a clutch, the clutch pack kit has much better quality springs than stock. Life seems to be good for the clutch and it has power out of the corners.

A: You need to remove all the stock clutch plates, fibers and any beveled spring washers and replace with the Hinson parts. Be sure you have a factory service manual to refer to when working on your bike. If you need more help, I would suggest to consult a local service center

A: When installing the Hinson Clutch Fiber, Steel, Spring Kit you remove all the factory clutch plates, fibers and springs. If the factory clutch comes with judder springs, remove those also. The HInson kit will NOT reuse them.

A: You should have a barrel adjuster in the cable about halfway down. You should have enough adjustment there to get you back to about the middle of your adjuster on the bars.
