I was debating between this and the yoshi exhausts. went with this and totally love the look and sound. both exhausts are great imo.

Q: Do these slip ons come with a cat delete pipe, like the M4 slip on's do?

A: No, this system does NOT have the cat delete pipe. It is a cat - back exhaust.

"This combined kit features one part of the LINK™ exhaust system options for your R1 including the slip-on. Specifically built with the riders’ needs in mind this setup allow you to start with the combination that makes the most sense for you as a rider and your budget (along with conforming to regulations for your type of riding). You can purchase the cat replacement Y pipe and header seperately at any time to complete your LINK ™ performance package. "

Q: Are any tuning modifications necessary with the Graves exhaust? I.E. remap the fuel configuration or add a Power Commander or equivilent.

A: Normally when installing a slip-on only minor mapping changes are needed, if any at all. If you bike is currently running properly you will likely not have to make any changes after installing this slip-on. I would recommend installing the exhaust and riding the bike to see how it is running then re-map from there if necessary.
