  Built for serious ice fishing in changing winter conditions, the FXR Men's Expedition Pro FX 2-in-1 Bib Pants combine extreme warmth, mobility, and purpose-built safety features. The hybrid nylon / spandex Omni-Lite and M-Series Omni-Stretch 450D polyester outer shell delivers flexible performance, while HydrX 10K waterproof, 8K breathable, and windproof protection, critical seam sealing, and a PFAS-free DWR finish help block snow and moisture. Abrasion-resistant 660D nylon reinforces the knees, insteps, and hems, while 90-gram F.A.S.T. 3.0 insulation in the outer shell provides added flotation assistance. A removable Thermal Dry Active Liner with 90-gram Thermal Flex Ultra Lite fill brings the total insulation value to 180-gram and allows warmth to range from a maximum rating of 9 to a minimum of 3.

  Designed around long days on the ice, removable knee pads and reinforced knees add protection while kneeling over holes and tip-ups, while thermal and dry seat and knee inserts improve comfort in high-contact areas. A safety whistle on the front zipper pull and tether retention D-ring with integrated line-cutter add emergency utility. Fleece-lined hand-warmer pockets, draining cargo pockets with magnetic flaps, snap-off hand towels, and internal towel clips keep fishing essentials close at hand.
