If you're trying to decide

Then go with these. excellent look and tremendous growl when opened up. Installation was a cinch and trust me, Im not that skilled. I know that should I ever get another bike, these will be exhaust I put on.

Great model

I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a little lux, but at an affordable rate! Wonderful performance, excellent design, great guides and all, in summary, it is really great.

Freedom Performance Sharp Curve Radius Exhaust

pipes sound great ,
but they say the baffles are removable but they are welded in the pipe
and you have to cut about a 1/4" off of your new pipe to get them out
should be bolted in not welded !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Answer: Freedom Performance shows photos of the Sharp Curve Radius Exhaust on the 2016 Harley-Davidson Softail Slim FLS with floor-boards, and on the 2016 Softail Slim S FLSS with forward-controls.
We would need to know if your bike is the FLS or FLSS.

Answer: The answer to that is an absolute yes. Not to mention the legality issues that you may run into with doing a modification as such, especially if your residency is in the state of California.

Question: How do you remove the baffles

Answer: This exhaust technically does not have a removable baffle. The baffles are pre-installed to the bending of the exhaust and are permanent. This is a 3 piece exhaust system with a header, muffler and heat shield. There is a quiet muffler available but it requires replacing the whole muffler component of the exhaust.
