How much will it cost to ship my order?

I need my order fast. What are my options?
You may request next-day service for an additional $25 ($33 for orders under $79). If you request next day delivery for Saturday there will be an additional delivery charge of $15.00. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas so please contact our customer service department at 1-877-674-3571 to verify. Click here to see our entire shipping policy.
Why is Ground Shipping my only shipping option?
Any order containing hazardous materials, including motor oil, aerosol cans, or chemicals must ship via ground service, regardless of destination. The shipment of these materials is federally regulated and exceptions are not allowed. Customers may request that non-hazardous merchandise be shipped separately for a shipping fee of $8 by calling customer service at 1-877-674-3571. Orders containing oversized products such as ramps, ATV tires, or ATV plastic kits also ship via ground service.
Can my order be shipped internationally?
Yes, MotoSport.com ships internationally. Click here for the list of countries where we currently ship orders.
Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?
Address verification is a precautionary measure Motosport.com performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, we offer a couple different options:
You can contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact your bank using the bank number you provide to verify this information after you've placed an order.
We also offer a Pre-Authorization process to ship to alternate addresses. This pre-authorization process ensures that the card, account, and cardholder information is correct. We approve a small pre-authorized dollar amount to your card (less than $2.00) and have it confirmed by you, the customer. This charge will then be cancelled and your order will ship to the alternate address. If you do not see this charge on your account, give us a call at 1-888-676-8853 and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.
Please allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address. Orders with the same billing and shipping address are more likely to ship same-day.

When will an order with an out of stock item ship
For orders that include back-ordered items, MotoSport will hold the order until all items are in stock. Once all items are in stock, MotoSport will ship the complete order. Customers may request that in-stock items be shipped as soon as possible, with back-ordered items shipped when available. Please note: an additional $5 fee may apply in these situations. For orders split into separate shipments, the back-ordered items will ship via ground service once they are in stock. How can I find parts for my specific ride?
First select the year, make, and model of your bike from the Ride Selector located at the top of each page. This will allow you to search hundreds of different products made specifically for your ride.
If you have more than one ride, go to the Ride Selector, use the drop down menu and choose Add to My Rides. If you are logged in and already have additional rides added to your profile, you can select them from the drop down menu.

How do I customize my jersey?
First select the size and color that you would like from the dropdown box. Once you have made your selection, check the "Customize this Jersey" option below. You can then enter the name, number, font and color that you would like printed on the jersey.

Yes, for US customers only. If you find a lower advertised price from any authorized US dealer, call or email us and we will match the deal including shipping. Products must be in new condition, in stock and ready for immediate delivery and sold by an authorized dealer. Our best deal guaranty applies even 30 days after your purchase. We do our best to keep our prices current in our catalog. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices due to increased manufacturing costs or mis-marked items. The price shown on our website always reflects the correct price of an item.

What do I do if I received my order and the package or product is damaged?

How do I return an item?
MotoSport will accept any unused product in its original packaging for return within 90 days of the date you receive your order. How long does it take to process my return?

What is Free First Exchange?
Quick, easy, free return shipping on your first apparel exchange. We want your gear to fit just right. Should you order something today and later realize you need a different size, just give us a call at 1-877-674-3571 and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will arrange to email you a UPS shipping label for the item(s) being returned and get you setup for an exchange, free of charge.**Gear/apparel must be in new condition and must include original product packaging. The manufacturer's packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Excludes international orders and orders from AK, HI, and Puerto Rico. Not applicable for custom ID gear.
