      Answer: The stock fork spring rate on the 2014 Suzuki RMZ450 would be 1.00 kg/mm (stock).

      Answer: You can find a few online spring generators to help you determine the correct spring rates for you. Here are 2 links to follow:

      You can input all your variables there. Be sure to match the front and rear spring rates for best performance. Or you can also contact Factory Connection directly at 800-221-7560 for recommendations.

      Im 6'2" and 240-250 with out gear on, I have a 2007 KTM 300xc that currently has a Factory Connection FCW-H spring in it with a spring rate of 9-11.5kg What should my fork spring rate be to match that?

      Answer: To give a more accurate recommendation I would need a little more information. Riding Type (MX, SX, Desert, Woods, Trail/Enduro, Etc.), Skill Level/Racing Class (Beginner/D, Novice/C, Intermediate/B, Expert/Pro/A), Gas Tank Size (stock or oversized) as well as Age, Height and Weight all factor into proper suspension set up.
