Get what you Pay for

Knee protection is there, ripped the inside seam when putting them on for the second time, make sure you have thigh high Sox or something to go inside of the brace or you’ll be feeling the rawness. They stay put and you don’t even notice they are there till the rawness sits in. I like em though

Couldn't be happier

I have had a chance to use these about a half dozen times since i purchased them and i must say they are awesome. Slim snug fit, doesn't snag or bulge your pants when putting them on. Honestly after about 20 min you don't even realize you're wearing them. They have an inner sleeve attached to help with slight support on mobilization of the knee. Perfect option for riders not actually needing knee BRACES. These offer maximum protection from you shin to you knee, with padding on the inner/outer sides of your knee. They wick away the moisture fairly well and dry out within 30 min of taking them off. Love them.

Good but not great

The knee guards are Comfortable. They do let you get closer to the bike. They have a lose fit feel but do a good job of staying in place. If your pants are tight around the knees with a brace there going to be really tight because of the knee pad. Other then that they are easy to get use too.

Not what i expected

They are more comfortable then other knee pads ive had but not any support at all, feels flimsy and weak.. nothing to protect above the knee which i dont like about it either.. only thing i like is that they are more comfy then others. Just no protection, wich defeats the purpose and reason i bought them... $100 wasted

These knee guards are awesome, comfortable, and I have a knee that bothers me all the time but somehow with these on and riding I don’t notice it....if I had to say anything negative... I have mostly been riding in 60s and 70s and they are a little warm enough to sweat a little in the 70+ degrees. I imagine this will be worse when it’s 90-100 and humid... but I will still wear them

Surprised at all the great reviews

I was shocked when I received these at how thin the reactive memory foam padding in the knee cup is. You can compress it between your fingers from either side of the knee pad and feel it squish, but it has to be no more than 1/8" thick, and you can literally flatten it between your fingers. Just put them on and pound on your knees to feel the discomfort instantly, way to thin on the patella area padding.. Not only that but where the knee cup meets the shin guard there are gaps in the padding, and the shin guard itself is flimsy. Again, just put them on and start pushing around at the bottom of the knee cup / top of the shin guard to feel your bones with no padding or plastic to cover them. Lastly, the thigh protection is pretty much non-existent, just some lycra material to hold the upper strap.

I ended up cutting apart some old knee guards and gluing the knee cup from those inside the TP199 knee guards. While it made them tighter / more restrictive, the patella area padding is now proper. EVS missed the mark here, but its possible that they were going for a super flexible un-restrictive knee guard. Still, these could be just as comfortable while offering much thicker padding, proper shin / thigh guards, and no gaps in the padding / protective material. Really wanted to like them, and while Im wearing them for now I am already looking for something new.

Just what I was looking for!!

I was looking for Enduro ride. Light easy to wear and safe if you going down on rocks.... I think I find my cup of tea! If you are looking for something comfy and the same time easy without feel too stiff...this is a great product.
