In many comments on Spyder club forums, there are different degrees of comments on the Dynojet PV3. My experience w/Dynojet are very similar to what has been reported previously. Incorrect cables for unit purchased, no "tunes" although they advertise that have them for Bikes/Trikes that their units work with. PV3 does not "communicate" with their software. Only with a "USB" cable and your PC can you "See" the PV3 unit. And while their service is good... if they took a little more time with quality control, they could curb many of their issues. As reported in "forums" many have had to send in their "ECU" so Dynojet could build a "stock" file. I was no different, I had to send mine in.
I could go on BUT..... my final solution is this, send my ECU to Monster, for one of their tunes so my Trike will perform as I had hoped Dynojet would have allowed me to tune my Trike. At that point, maybe I can compare my "stock" file to a Monster tune.
