Sticky rubber

I have been a long time Dunlop customer because of the high quality and performance of all of the Dunlop tires, moto-x, supermoto, street. I always have the highest confidence when taking new tires to the track. Braapp!

MX3s on 2003 yz250

These tires are great, they perform on many sufaces very well i ride track, hills, and free ride out in the desert and theres a mix of loamy dirt, hard pack, and quite a bit of sand and when its muddy the dirt out here turns to this super sticky dark brown/black clay, no matter the conditions though i feel very comfortable on these tires. I've rode on the pirelli mx32 mid softs and the worked good but i felt like the front wanted to keep washing out that doesn't happen with these. Rear tire hooks up excellent.

Top dollar price for a Poor performance tire.

No matter what conditions i have ridden: sand, dirt, rocky trails, hard packed and no matter what air pressure i set them at, these tires are just very poor performers and to add to it they have an awful wear life, i have the geomax right now, i have tried many other Dunlop tires in the past, but will be getting some maxxis IT tires soon because i know they outperform every dunlop tire ive ever used from experience.

Favorite Tire

This is simply the best tire for the area I live. It works best on looser, sandier, loamier, types of terrafirma, however it fine on harder surfaces as well with an air adjustment.

A: I'm not sure what the terrain is like there in Iowa but the Dunlop MX51 is a great intermediate terrain tire.

A: The MX51 is a discontinued product. The new version of the tire is the MX52. The MX52 is a Intermediate to Hard tire. For more information on the Dunlop MX tires here:

A: A typical MX 250F uses a 100/90-19. Please double check the current size on the bike to make sure it's not an 18" rim. The side wall of the tire gives the size.

I noticed in the picture these tires did not look like a regular knobby tire for motocross I was wondering if these tires really look like what's in the display or do they come as knobbys for motocross?

A: The tires pictured are MX tires.. For different riding conditions (soft pack dirt or hard pack dirt) the knobbies are designed different. So you can pick the tire that best suits the conditions you ride in and it will be an MX tire.
