Excellent purchase

I can't say enough about the price and the product. Your price was $70.00 less than my local dealer and the tire is a great tire. This is my second tire of this kind and I get about 10,000 miles.

Highly recommend

I have these tires on my 2011 Victory Cross Country, I am at 13k+ miles & couldn't be happier with them. They have consistently performed from the FL Key's to the desert in AZ & especially thru the Ozarks twisty roads. Proven in the rain as well.
A couple notes:
1. I am waiting to find out the load/speed rating of this combo they are offering before ordering. (will make a HUGE difference)
2. I still have acceptable tread depth but they are staring to handle differently & therefore I am going to replace anyway.
Hope this was helpful!

Great Tires!!

Put the Dunlop Elite 3 Combo Set (radials) on my 2010 Harley Davidson Street Glide. Only a few rides on them so far ...but they feel much better than the OEM Dunlop 407/408. The rubber compound feels "stickier" than OEM, but not neccessarily "softer" ...so the wear should be what your looking for from a "touring tire". They stick well throwing that 800 pound motorcycle over on its side in the twisties. Highway cruising is smooth and linear ...no drifting. Haven't had them in the wet yet, but don't expect that to be an issue. The tread and sidewall design maintain the clean custom lines for the Street Glide. I would really recommend these tires! Motosport was awesome and easy to order from too!

Q: Bias front and Radial Rear tire
1 year 8 months ago
Have a 2011 Honda Fury. Calls for 90/90-21 front and 200/50-18 rear. The Elite 3 combo shows front is bias while rear is radial. Thought mixing was not advisable. Don't know why or if it's true.???

A: For handling and clearance reasons we do not recommend tire sizes other than the stock size the bike was designed for.

I need to replace the Dunlap tires on the bike. I was considering the Dunlap Elite 3. Do I need the bias ply tires or the radial ones. Last, what size do I need for both the front and rear?

A: We have the stock tire sizes listed for most all models on our website. Please be sure that you have the proper machine in your “shopping for” selection. Radial tires will run smoother than a bias tire, and many prefer this on the street.

A: No. Unfortunately the Dunlop Elite 3 Tire is not made in a 120/90-18 size.

Q: What is the difference between a MT and MU tire ?
Like the Dunlop E3,. OEM rear tire is MU85 16, the E3 is a MT or MU 90 16, is there an issue with my bike using the MT or MU 90 E3? TIA...

A: MT and MU are different sizes of tires. We always suggest that you run the stock OEM sizes on your machine. Also, feel free to give us a call at 888-676-8853 and we would be happy to help you out with your order.

A: The GL1800 Goldwings actually use a 180/60R-16 rear tire. We do have the correct size available for your bike.

Q: Can i run this combo on my 99 fxdwg? Are they radial or bias?

A: This model of tire comes in either Bias or Radial depending upon the sizing. Your bike would use 90/90-21 on the front which is a Bias style tire. The rear would use the MT90-16B which is also a bias ply. Yes these tires would work great on your 1999 fxdwg and plenty of guys run this model on their Harleys.

Are these ok for a 96 1500 aspy bias or radial ?

A: These are a very common tire for the Honda Goldwings. In the sizing required for your Aspencade you have no choice on the rear but to run the bias ply. If running a bias on the rear, i would match that on the front.

Will these dunlop elite 3 tires fit on a 1999 hd roadking?

A: No, your '99 FLHR is a 130/90-16 for the front and rear. You can search tires by size. If you are looking for a suggestion, the Dunlop D404 comes in the appropriate size.
