Zx14 grips

It was semi-easy to install left grip by simply using hot water to make the rubber soft and little bit stretchy like , then same went for throttle , took about 5 min of removal and install after grips were warm enough and then it's go time !! Looks and feels great ! Good fitment and looks as well .

Too expensive for average quality

These grips aren't bad. But I wouldn't say they're great. Really hard to install and keep the metal pieces in place. They don't reduce vibration as well as they claim they do. Overall 3/5. They look badass. But I'll just stick with the rental grips next time around.

Good but I had to make it fit

It said that it would fit my 06 GSXR 750 but I had to file down the throttle to get it to fit and it was still a very tight fit

Excellent grips.

Not only do these grips look awesome, they feel very nice and offer great grip even with no gloves. I highly recomend adding the Driven bar ends to complement them. I have read that they wear down faster than traditional rubber grips, but even if I had to replace them every year, I would.

Driven Racing grips-Yamaha FZ-09 installation

These feel great and look good too. Installation was as normal, and all you need is a little grip glue. The bar-ends required some modification which I will detail in a separate review of that product.

Awesome look, great fit/feel

I've had these on for just one ride so I can't say how long they will last. But they look awesome and were a breeze to install. I had to trim the throttle plastic down a little but NBD. Used a compressor to shoot air under the grips and they slid right onto the bars. Paired with Driven's bar ends these things look sick and feel great. Before I had some worn out P.O.S. grips that were held on with electrical tape- these are a dramatic improvement in comfort. No more carpal tunnel!!

D3 grips are very good

it took time after installing them to get some seat time due to a back surgery. but! after some good miles that would usually have my hand and right forarm numb from the vibration....im happy to say that i just started to experience the tingling after that distance! absolutely love these grips. it wont remove all the vibration. but it was far better than i thought it would be. 5stars from me for sure. and i did have to take my dremel and simply remove the outer lip of plastic sleeve so throttle grip would slide on. i suggest liberal dose of WD-40 and straight push. thanks driven for a wonderful product.

Q: Will these fit a 2015 Yamaha R6? Without any mods?

A: These technically are the right dimensions for your bike and should fit but, some bikes, but not all, have an OEM throttle tube design that contains a ridge or ridges on the throttle tube itself. In order to install any aftermarket grip besides the OEM replacement, these ridges must be removed. Common ways people remove them are by sanding or using a rotary tool, and least common of all is replacing the tube itself with an aftermarket throttle tube

Q: Will these or the d axis grips fit a g2 ergonomics 125 mm throttle tube

A: They will fit the tube but the grips are 5mm shorter than the length of the tube. If you can stand the small gap this will create between the grip and the throttle housing, then they will fit fine.

A: Yes they will fit, like the customer answer states, you will need to sand the throttle tube some and then they will go right on.

A: Yes they fit great, you have to sand down the throttle tube a little to get the grip on. When you remove your old grip make sure you clean the bar ends good with break cleaner. When you install the D3's give the inside of the grips a good soaking of the break cleaner and the bars and the grips will slide on and no grip glue need. On the throttle side will take a little more pressure to get on but they will slide on. They are the best grips I have used to date.
