I put this heat shield on my 2019 ktm 250 xc-f and love it. No more burning my pants! I have had it on my bike for about 30 hours and it is still in good shape. A couple of the threads have started to fray and I can not get all of the mud stains out of the fabric, but I still give it 5 stars. I ride woods and like to do some of the hard enduro stuff. If it broke tomorrow, I would buy another one. I did have to get some bigger hose clamps to go around the pipe.

Works well! No issues, easy install on my 09 KFX450R.
The FMF mega bomb pipe we put on the 2016 CRF250R provides great power across the bottom, mid and top. However, the pipe melts pants, boots, and anything else that happens to contact it. The FMF shields are cool looking and everything, but offer very little protection from the extreme heat our 4-stroke headers achieve. This DEI heat shield does exactly what I needed it to do. Since putting the shield on we stopped burning pants, and I feel a little safer should the bike end up laying on my rider after a crash. I recommend this heat shield specifically (since that's all I've tried it on) for FMF Mega Bomb headers.
I have bought 2 of these guards for my Trx 450 er Xc race quads. Huge improvement over stock and fits nearly all size pipes. Well worth the money.
Needed Something to protect my leg from extremely hot pipes. The fabric heat shield was perfect! Fast delivery, good price. I will buy from again.
