Unfortunately I have an over size desert tank on my ktm exc and ears on the side of the cap rub against the fuel tank. I'm think not cool n was unable us it.

Works great. Rode my yz450f around for hours on the trail in first and second gear never boiled over. Rode it around my yard for 30 mins before the new radiator cap and it boiled over. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Will definitely buy this for future 4 stroke bikes.

Looks good. Works great.

Purchased as an upgrade for our engine. Cap is on an aftermarket radiator for our Outlaw Kart. It fits perfect and sofar is keeping temps down a out 12 degrees. We have only tested during engine brake in on the stand.

CV4 2.0 Cap

Fit and finish is awesome and works great. I use non glycol coolant racing supermoto and this helps raise the boiling point.

This cap holds a lot more pressure then a stock and is a good replacement for stock.

A: The CV4 2.0 Bar Radiator Cap is available for Japanese bikes, including your Suzuki RMZ250.
The 2.0 bar pressure version is recommended for Slow to Medium woods or GNCC off-road riding to maintain coolant pressure under extreme load conditions.
Q: Will this for a 2000 honda cr125 or will it be to much pressure

I'm trying to fit the 2.0Bar cap to my MV F3 radiator. It measures approximately 45mm in diameter of the radiator neck flange. Will this work?

A: Yes the European version will work. I would suggest sticking with OEM MV parts as they tend to run better and happier(MV F4R owner as well)
