The wrench took a beating.

I bought this wrench to loosen the rear axle nut on my Yamaha Bolt. I needed to adjust the tension of the drive belt. The wrench looked a bit too light weight, but It took a beating and worked fine. The nut was so tight that it took several hards strikes with a hammer to loosen the nut. As a result, the wrench looks well used after just one use but is still very functional.

Great Tool

I ride with an enduro vest. This tool is very light and compact so I can barely feel it. Works great as a trail tool for removing my front and rear axle nuts. Great product, super convenient.

Great except...

CruzTools axle wrench is cut well and very nicely finished. I purchased this for my YZ250F. The 27mm end fits perfectly on the rear axle nut. Unfortunately, the 22mm end will not go on the front axle as the outside diameter of the wrench runs into the guards on the bike before the wrench seats on the axle nut. You either need a socket or an open end wrench. If you are looking for a wrench for your rear wheel so you can adjust your chain this is a good tool. If you want to be able to work on both wheels, keep looking.

Q: What size would I need for my 2000 Kawasaki KX250? I bought the 22 x 32 wrench and 32mm is way too big for the rear axle nut. Should I have gone with the 27mm?
