Excellent customer service "I'm a novice rider, with a recetly purchased Honda VTX 1300R, looking to add some accessories to spruce her up a bit, before my first riding season begins in the spring. I wanted to start with adding a light bar, for safety, and to fill in the front end of the bike. I thought I had the wrong light bar, so I called customer service in parts and spoke with Shawn. He was very patient, apologetic, and researched the suppliers website, trying to come up with a resolution. He offered to issue a return, even though everything showed this was the bar for this bike. After some head scratching on my part, I realized the windshield was adjustable, and was set on the lowest setting. After raising the windshield some, the light bar fit perfectly. Brandon and Shawn are both excellent customer service ambassadors, and I will certainly try motosport.com first for any other needs I have for my new Cruiser. Great job, guys!!"
