Answer: OE stands for "Original Equipment". There was some variation of the tire made that came stock on a bike. Usually just a different stamp on the side.

Answer: OE = original equipment, and it is the dealer spec for a particular bike. As in that is what is the manufacturer puts on their showroom bikes.

Answer: The difference is a 5% height difference between the 2 tires. The height of the tire will affect the handling of your bike.
