I just received my Bills MX2 silencer today, i haven't heard it on the bike yet but as far as appearance goes, it looks great. Although it did have some scuff marks on it (not sure if it was from shipping or the manufacture.) I'm still pleased with the build quality and overall craftsmanship. Compared to the stock silencer on my Ktm 250sx this is significantly lighter in weight also.
Put a Bills full system on a yz85. Fit was just okay.
Only way to go if you own a Suzuki 2 stroke!!
The power from this pipe is noticeable but it sounds like there is no packing its incredibly loud on my 15 250sx, It also doesn't mate well to the bills expansion pipe and leaks oils all over, i have resorted to zipties on my gromet to combat the oil from the exhaust spraying all over.
Upon taking the silencer out of the packaging I noticed a rattle. I took the silencer apart to see what was rattling and it turned out to be the rivets holding the end cap on. I had to drill out the rivets and replace them because I did not want my exhaust rattling. Next was the decal, it was installed very crooked, it was also partially peeled off, and isn't stuck very well, most likely the silencer wasn't cleaned properly before it was installed. Spend your money on a Pro Circuit or FMF.
I love this silencer came fast was easy to install looks good and sounds even better. don't hesitate to buy you will be happy with this product.

Question answered by MotoSportExpertUser's contributor status: MotoSport Staff ExpertQuestion answered Over 3 years agoAnswer: A: If your bike is currently jetted properly you will likely not have to make any changes after installing this Bill's Pipes MX2 Silencer. I would recommend installing the exhaust and riding the bike to see how it is running then tuning your carburetor from there if necessary.
