Not quite all I wanted, but close enough.

Simple tool and seems to work. Was disappointed that Motosport couldn't answer what wrench fit the filter on my Yamaha. I measured the filter as best I could and hoped for the best.

I'm Replacing It

Seized onto the 1st filter I used it on. I can't wiggle it off with a 6" extension inserted. This is stamped out of thin sheet metal, with a shallow 3/8" fitting tacked on. I'm going with a cast aluminum version by Amico as a replacement.

Easy filter change

Fits well and made the change of the filter very easy.

Answer: This specific oil filter wrench will not fit your 2013 CBR600RR. Your bike requires a 64mm oil filter wrench. Or, oil filter pliers will work for you as well.

Question: Correct size for BMW R1100S
Question asked Over 5 years ago
I see that there is not a Size 74 wrench available, and that that the 76 is for the R1100S - but on all the other websites state that a 74 is the correct size for the R1100? Is that correct - will the 76 work? I don't want the part shipped out all the way to South Africa if it is the wrong size?

Question: How to determine correct size of BikeMaster oil filter wrench
Question asked Over 6 years ago
Where should I position my caliper on the oil filter to determine the correct wrench size ? 1) at the end of the filter, where it has an uneven, "scalloped" edging or 2) at the center of the filter body, where it has a uniform diameter? Hope I'm making myself clear on this! Thanks, Pete

Answer: You would want to measure the diameter of the filter where it is scalloped at the end to determine the correct size of oil filter wrench you will need. Please measure from point to point and not flat across two points of the scalloped portion. You can also give us a call and we can provide the size for you based on your bike model.
