Big bike quality - Small bike fit

This was my first Big Gun exhaust, and it didn't disappoint. My child's Raptor 90 has the sound of a large bike. It's a quality sound, not raspy like some cheaper options. I would buy again without question.

Big Gun Mini Evo Exhaust for 50cc TTR50E

Just installed on my son's 2014 Yamaha TTR50E. Took five minutes to install. Fit PERFECTLY!!! Great Quality. Great Welding. Opened the Airscrew an extra half turn out from factory so 2 full turns out. Sounds much better than my buddies CRF50 with the BBR pipe. (Like a 450F no joke) This pipe REALLY woke the demon in this little 50cc motor.

This was my fist time using Big Gun and I will honestly say "I AM SOLD!!!" on future products.

Great addition

I purchased this system a few days ago and was amazed after receiving it in 2days. This big gun is absolutely one great addition which gave the trx a nice sound & better throttle response. Motosport is my 1st choice for all powersports.

Not good fitment

Nice quality, nice sound but not very good fitment. Header pipe was way to close to the carburetor on the crf100 so had to bend it. I do not think it would work if you had a larger carb.

Excellent performance pipe!

Bought this pipe for my 2002 xr100. It looks better and I think performs better than my friend's FMF on his xr100. Way better than stock and sounds throaty. Doesn't offer a way to use stock heat shield, but so far no issue as the pipe is tucked in nicely. this is my second Big Gun exhaust. Completely satisfied!

Big sound for a little bike

I bought the Big Gun Evo M because the other 110s in our stable have pro circuit t4 & t4i & I wanted something different. It's very deep & throaty off the bottom, does not one bit sound like a 110 anymore, more like a 250. The pro circuits are nice & loud but even my brothers like the way the big gun sounds better. It's just got that deep, big bike grunt to it that the pro circuit pipe does not. I never get tired of hearing it. OEM pipe was about pinky finger diameter @ the head, big gun evo m is closer to a thumb! After a rejet & airbox eliminator my klx 110 pulled like a whole new bike. The change in power delivery was crazy, I went from barely able to get it to wheelie to riding them up & down the street with ease. Cool that it comes with an optional easy install spark arrestor too.

KLX 110 with Big Gun

My son wanted a louder exhaust on his KLX 110 and I decided to go with Big Gun since I had seen and heard them before. Now the KLX 110 sounds like a 450 rumbling around the track and through the woods, it is awesome. People that ride where we ride have made comments about how it sounds like a 450. Bottom line is, Big Gun rocks.

Answer: The Big Gun Evo Mini Complete Exhaust would be ready to go. I do recommend usually replacing the exhaust gasket at the head, but it is not always necessary.
