Damping Rod Set

These front fork damping rods replace the stock damping rods to increase travel and provide increased damping control for adult sized riders. Slows rebound and increases compression damping for a firmer more controlled ride. These make a great combination with BBR's triple clamp and stiff springs (all sold separately).

Notes:

Increases travel 1" from stock. For adult riders (175 pounds), using the BBR damping rods, run 10 wt. fork oil. This is roughly 140 mm from the top of the tube with springs out and forks compressed. Heavier (or aggressive) riders should consider 15 or 20 wt. fork oil.
