So far, so good!

Just bought these tires for my 2012 Husky te310 dual sport. They appear to be a great tire. I had no problem mounting by hand and used them on a single track 40 mile ride with pretty slick conditions. The tires performed very well. No problem with hill climbs or descents and hooked up well in the woods. I liked the "fatty" front tire.

Excellent performance at a great price!

Riding trails in the Pacific Northwest comes with a variety of technical terrain. Roots, rocks and steep terrain are common. They also tend to be wet most of the year. Having a sticky rear tire is a must in these conditions. The Artrax XC Enduro Sticky rear is a great tire for riding these features in wet or dry. The open tread design also allows the tire to perform better in the mud compared to other sticky tires that have a more closed tread pattern. The rear tires performance has allowed me to have more confidence when riding the gnarly terrain compared to standard compound tires I have ran before.

The fat front tire helps absorb roots and rocks. It makes me more comfortable smashing obstacles and my bike tracks better over them instead of deflecting off the line I wanted to ride.

I highly recommend these tires to any off-road riders who want to get more performance and comfort from their tire selection.

Answer: These tires are not DOT rated tires. They are off road trail based xc tires for the gnarly conditions such as desert or climbing steep rocky trails.
