Gone back and forth between Tech 10's and SG12's but always land back on the SG-12. For me, the Tech 10's are very comfortable and supportive. They are very confidence building boots. Purchased the all whites and wash them after every ride and wipe them down with a towel. The bottom sole turns a 'little' yellow, but all of them do. I don't try to use any chemicals on them to clean, just the pressure washer.

This is a great boot and I got it on sale for an awsome price!
Good boot just to narrow for my feet
Tech 10s continue to deliver in the quality and comfort i expect from an expert level boot. Great product
Bought them. Had them for maybe 3 months now. Both boots are ripped. The fitment is ok. But far from the best boots I've ever had. They feel incredibly wide. I would definitely never recommend these to anyone that doesn't have 600$ to blow every 3 months.
Great for mud and enduro riding !!!
Best boots, comfortable, and light weight. Cool styles. Long durability
fits great, great flexibility, and they perform great!!
Over all the boot is very nice I think it was around three rides and it felt broken in I bought a size 9 and it fit perfect on my foot. Feels like a shoe when you were it. But I think they should make the toe a little stiffer. I do love the soal of the boots there very comfortable. so far haven't had any issious with the boots. there a very good buy
Killer boot. Very comfortable and durable.
I thought my old Tech 8s were good. These are by far a superior boot. Well designed and constructed. Comfortable from the start. Don't make the mistake of going cheap on protecting your feet and ankles.
Not sure on durability have not had a chance to use them whet but have always been very happy with all the Alpinestar products and the sale price was awesome !!
First I have to say that I'm a 40+C rider and have only been riding for two years. I got these to upgrade from entry level boots I brought when I started riding that weren't giving me the comfort and support I needed as I progressed. I guess you could say it was a big jump from and entry level boot to a top of the line boot but I think it was worth it. It took me some time to get used to a boot that had an inner bootie but now that I have I would say it would be hard to go back. I have to say it took a few rides to break them in and I also had to figure out how to adjust the buckle straps so that the fit felt just right. Now after a few months of riding weekends the boots are unbelievable! They are comfortable and provide exceptional support. There is a lot to be said by going to a pro level boot. I know it's a big hit to the wallet but I'm hoping they last. And one last note for now. I didn't give five stars for durability because some of the stitching around the top of the boot has come undone. It hasn't progressed but I was disappointed considering the alpinestars brand reputation. I'll update down the road on durability but the fit, support and styling of the tech 10's is awesome and worth the money.
I was a little nervous spending that much for a pair of boots but after I put them on they are worth every penny. Can't go wrong with the tech 10s
These are the best boots in motocross and worth the price. They have saved me multiple times and I will continue to use the tech10s whenever I want to get on two wheels. I would buy another pair if they were a little cheaper though.
they saved my ankles. i got launched off my bike on the face and landed on my feet. when i got back to my bike i was in third gear, so i had some momentum. they did take some time to break in, but the thing is who put on new boots and says man these are comfy. i also want to add i have sharped foot pegs and the soles are holding up very well. they also hold my knee braces up very well, my old boots (tech 3) let them slip down non-stop.
As far as comfort and performance goes these boots are good but the durability is what will cause me to never buy them again. After about a month of riding they have already started to fall apart. for example, the heat shield stitching is coming undone, the soles are starting to wear, and a buckle is starting to fall off. So go ahead and buy these if you want to spend $600 dollars every season on new ones. Not for me
Going from tech 3 to tech 10 was day and night difference.
I wish I had did it years ago. Very comfortable.
Thus has to be the best fitting most comfortable boot ever... A Star has it going on with this boot. it is a little bit thicker than my 08 model 10's but a few rides in and they are spot on. Thanks for an AWESOME boot.
