To enter: Register for the contest by submitting a complete product Q&A Answer online on MotoSport's website, MotoSport.com, between June 9, 2008 and August 31, 2008. Contest entry requires user to create a free user account on MotoSport.com. One valid and complete product Q&A Answer equals one contest entry. Multiple submissions of the same product are not valid. "SPAM" or fraudulent reviews will not be posted and all entries from said user will be void. Alternatively, you can enter by sending a postcard to MotoSport, Attn: Ratings and Reviews Contest, 7655 SW Mohawk Street, Tualatin OR 97062 with the following information:

- Email address.
Entry information must be complete in order to qualify. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST August 31, 2008. This contest is sponsored by MotoSport. MotoSport and its agencies are not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete registrations, reviews or entries.
Prize:� Five gift cards awarded per month, with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $250 each. Total ARV of all prizes $3,750. Drawings for winners in each month to be completed by the seventh day of the subsequent calendar month. Winners chosen from all eligible entries received to date at the time of the drawing. Gift Cards are redeemable for future purchases at MotoSport.com for merchandise. Not redeemable for cash. Not a credit or debit card. Subject to terms of MotoSport.com gift certificate policy. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, or redeem prizes for cash, but MotoSport reserves the right to substitute price with a price of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Taxes on prize are solely the winner's responsibility. Prizes will not be fulfilled outside of the 50 U.S. States and Washington D.C. If any winner is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residency, prizes may be awarded to, or in the name of, the minor's parent/legal guardian.
Rules: MotoSport reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of MotoSport corrupt the administration, security or proper administration of sweepstakes. MotoSport is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered.
MotoSport's decisions are final and binding with regard to this sweepstakes. Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries and selection is not based on content of review written. Odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
All entries become property of MotoSport. Prize winner grants to MotoSport the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. As a condition of entering, entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors and the advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, taxes, and use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, loss, damage, system damage, loss of property or data, accidents, injuries or death; (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstake, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs, and under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, indirect or other damages; and (d) all claims and causes of action will be governed by Oregon law (excluding its conflict of laws rules) and may only be brought in the state or federal courts in Washington County, Oregon; entrant agrees that such courts will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
