The insert can be installed and removed very quickly.

A: This will only fit the DR.D NS-4 exhaust systems. It will not fit the stock exhaust on your 1999 PW80. Unfortunately there are no after market replacement cores for your PW80. If you can give us a call with what issue you are having with your current exhaust, we will be more than happy to assist you with a solution.

A: You can repack the muffler as long as it is still in good shape to help quiet it down. Unfortunately there wont be any inserts or aftermarket exhausts available for the 1984 KX80 any longer. You may be able to find some good used silencers for it, but that will be your best bet. The FMF silencer packing would work great to repack the silencer.
