really easy to install and sounds awesome! installed on a 2005 DRZ 110. Only downside is no spark arrestor...we ride trails as well as track. It's a easy install to swap from stock to FMF. Didn't do any jetting.

Best pipe overall

I just received this pipe from motosport and put it on right away I started it up it sounded like a totally different bike I went down the street from my house where there is a dirt lot with a bunch of jumps and I noticed a difference right away other people where there and where video taping me and asked me what kind of bike it was (klx 110) and I told them they said it doesn't even sound like a klx 110! Great pipe!

Get what you pay for.

I was shocked to find a full exhaust for my sons CRF80 for under $200. It fit but only becuase I had the tools to remove and reweld 2 of the threaded mounting points. Fit and finIsh were disappointing but then again this is probably "the bottom" as far as price point on a dull exhaust. I would buy again.

Big Power Increase!

This exhaust is awsome I had it on for a week now and it has amazed me. This was Deffinatly a good buy! I have a 2006 Honda CRF100F and it made it alot more powerful! Plus i started running 93 octane fuel thru it and that topped it off. If you are looking for a rise in power without spending to much money this is the key!

No, there would not be mounts for the stock heat shield on the FMF Powercore exhaust.

Will my drz110 require jetting after iinstalling the fmf power core 4 full exhaust?
Expert MotoSport Staff
4 months 9 days ago
MotoSportExpert
Normally only minor jetting changes are needed, if any at all. If your bike is currently jetted properly you will likely not have to make any changes after installing this exhaust on your DRZ110. I would recommend installing the exhaust and riding the bike to see how it is running then tuning your carburetor from there if necessary.

We do NOT have listings for off brand Chinese bikes. If you know for sure it fits a Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki or Yamaha model, you could order it that way.

Unfortunately we do not have any cross reference info to tell if this pipe would fit on your 2010 Chinese 110. I would try contacting FMF direct to see if they know. FMF TEL (310) 631-4363

You would actually need to reuse the stock hardware from your OEM exhaust to mount this exhaust system on your TTR125.
