Not since the early days of the sport has a single goggle design brought so much innovation. Long ago, Oakley's founder developed an entirely new goggle that became a mainstay in the sport for 17 years. You are now looking at the future of MX goggles.

  • Oakley Crowbar MX Sand goggles offer the protection and performance demanded by top riders.
  • Oakley Crowbar MX Sand goggles utilize their proprietary O Matter® chassis for the ultimate in flexibility and durability.
  • Strap outriggers attached to the frame of the Oakley Crowbar MX Sand goggles provide balanced pressure distribution for increased comfort. A non-slip silicone lined strap keep the goggles secure and stable against the helmet.
  • The Crowbar MX Sand goggles are equipped with triple layer closed cell fleece face foam for maximum moisture wicking and comfort while also keeping out fine particles.
  • Oakley has increased the lens size on the Crowbar MX Sand goggles for greater visual range.
  • Oakley Crowbar MX Sand lenses are constructed out of optically pure LEXAN® for clarity and impact protection and are equipped with an improved 3-pin attachment system for tear offs. Oakley includes a grey lens for bright conditions and a clear lens for low light.
  • Oakley Crowbar MX Sand lenses exceed ANSI Z87.1 standards for high velocity impacts and EN 1938 MX goggle requirements.
  • Note: The Oakley Crowbar MX Sand goggles include a removable nose guard, grey lens, clear lens, and soft goggle case.

Wrong Choice

Gifted my son the Crowbar MX Sand goggles rather than the regular Crowbar MX. They fogged badly in his first race. Motosport was not very helpful, so contacted Oakley directly. They think the lens did not have proper de-fog treatment, so they said they would replace the lens. My son thinks the problem is the denser foam, since his friends' MX goggles do not fog. He will be trying the new lens soon. Will followup on this review.

Fear no roost 2.5

I own the normal crowbar, but I bought these for the tinted lens on sunny days, and the thicker foam that keeps my eyes from drying out, as I have rode at least 3 motos with only one contact in, as one has fallen out from an increase in air flow. Plus, they come with an extra lens, sweet.

Incredi-balls

dirt's not getting in
"just got these.. grey lens helped even out the broken dark/bright when riding in the woods.. seemed to equalize the high contrast. well built, doesnt let dirt in.. got a little warm because they block more than most goggs, but didnt fog up.. sweating all day. best goggle i've ever used.. i wonder how the pro is any better....."

Wow

these gogles are the best pair on the market to date. the never fog, have no glare, and are soooooo comfterble. it even comes with a tinted lens wich is awesome, and if you ride at night you can just switch the lens to a clear one that comes with it. it also has thicker foam so it never lets any debris get inside unlike other cheaper gogles. so buy these gogles right now!!!!!!!!!!!
