Will the ramps come as a pair and will they suit 4 wheel bikes?

These ramps are sold individually. They do have a weight rating of 500 pounds each so with a pair of them, they would be able to support an ATV. The issue is, these are going to be fairly narrow due to the fact they are intended to be used for dirtbikes. You will not have as much surface area there to grip the ATV tires so they are probably not the best solution for use with ATV's. I would recommend going with an ATV specific ramp such as the Moose Arched Folding ramps.
