The Outdoor season is mirroring the Indoor season for Eli Tomac who officially shook off a stretch of bad finishes earlier this year and swept Round 6 of the 2017 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship series on Saturday at the Redbud National in Buchanan, MI. Tomac now has three straight Moto wins and his line for the last five: 1-2-1-1-1.

Tomac takes the Red Plate from Blake Baggett (2-10) who finished fourth overall after going down in Moto 2, when he hit Jason Anderson's rear wheel, and finished 10th. Anderson (4-2) meanwhile, finished second overall again, taking the tiebreaker over Marvin Musquin (3-3) who returned to the podium for the first time since Round 3. Tomac entered the round four points behind Baggett and leaves 13 points ahead.

In the 250 class, Zach Osborne (2-1) got his first overall since Round 2 stretching his lead to 38 points over Alex Martin (3-3) who finished second overall while Jeremy Martin (1-8) settled for third overall despite a dominating Moto 1 victory negated by a crash in Moto 2 where he finished eighth.
