Extra Volume, Poor Sealing

The slight extra volume is good for an MX bike, but the seal on the cap does not have positive retention to stay in place over rough terrain. Had to press the seal back into the cap several times on a recent ride with some fuel spilling in between.

A: This tank should fit any standard 7/8" or oversized 1 1/8" dirtbike handlebars. According Acerbis this will work for minis, trials bikes, and full size bikes. It is really a universal fitment meant to be able to be used on a wide range of motorcycles.

A: There is not a lot of volume in this unit. But any weight high on the bike and on the steering will have an effect.

A: The Acerbis Auxiliary Handlebar Fuel Tank should not interfere with your handguard set up but it is really hard to say if it would fit over your steering stabilizer or not. It appears to sit up high enough to clear a stabilizer but it does cover a majority of the back portion of the bars/clamps where the stabilizer post/pin would sit. My best recommendation would be to contact Acerbis Directly to see if they know if they tank can be mounted with your specific steering stabilizer.
