SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00 AM PACIFIC May 25th, 2024, AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM PACIFIC August 26th, 2024 (Sweepstakes Deadline).
1. ELIGIBILITY: Except residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of MotoSport LLC (Sponsor) and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies. If a winner resides in Alabama, Mississippi, or Nebraska and is under the legal age of adulthood, the winner will be required to have a parent or legal guardian sign a release form.
2. HOW TO ENTER: 1.There are TWO (2) ways to enter:
(A) Complete a 2024 MOTOSPORT ULTIMATE 25th ANNIVERSARY 250 2-STROKE SWEEPSTAKES Entry Form (Entry Form) by going to www.motosport.com/win, entering your name and email address and clicking on the "Enter Now" button.
(B) To enter without completing an Entry Form, send an email to sweepstakes@motosport.com with the subject line 2024 MOTOSPORT ULTIMATE 25th ANNIVERSARY 250 2-STROKE SWEEPSTAKES Alternate Method of Entry before the Sweepstakes Deadline. The email must include the entrants full name, mailing address, phone number, and valid email address, along with an attestation that the entrant is age 18 or older. Entrants will receive one (1) entry for each email. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
ODDS OF WINNING ARE THE SAME WITH BOTH METHODS OF ENTRY.
One valid and complete Entry Form constitutes a single entry. Entrants can submit one entry per WEEK before the Sweepstakes Deadline. Only the first entry for a single individual during a WEEK will qualify; additional entries from the same email address or user in the same WEEK will be disqualified. Entrant is allowed one (1) entry per week and fourteen (14) total entries over the Sweepstakes.
No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered or mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries, all of which are void. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
By entering Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees and acknowledges that the Sponsor may collect, use, and share the entrants personal data provided in accordance with the Sponsors Privacy Policy. The Sponsor may also share such personal data with sweepstakes partners and sponsors for marketing purposes. The entrant further acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor and third-party sponsors shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries, including any third party claims arising from the collection and distribution of entrants personal data provided in connection to the Sweepstakes. Participants in the Sweepstakes will receive emails from Sponsor regarding new products and sales. Click the "unsubscribe" link on the bottom of any marketing email to be removed from our marketing email list. All information collected through entry into the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy (www.motosport.com/about/privacypolicy).
3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: There will be FOURTEEN (14) total winners. There will be THIRTEEN(13) WEEKLY winners and ONE (1) Grand Prize winner.WEEKLY winners will be determined from all eligible entries received during the relevant Contest WEEK (the WEEKLY Drawing). For instance, the winner for WEEK 1 will be selected from entries received between 12:00 AM PACIFIC ON May 25, 2024, and 11:59 PM PACIFIC ON August 26, 2024.. WEEKLY periods are indicated below in Section 4, Prizes and Odds. The Grand Prize period is indicated below as Week 5.
The WEEKLY Drawings will be random and will occur shortly after the conclusion of each WEEK as set forth in Section 4. The WEEKLY Drawings will be conducted by representatives of Sponsor whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The GRAND PRIZE Drawing will be random and will occur shortly after the last day of the Sweepstakes. The winner of the GRAND PRIZE Drawing will be selected from all previous entries, as well as new entries received during Week 14.
Each WEEKLY winner will have ONE (1) WEEK to complete Contest Winners Declaration of Eligibility and Release form and claim prize. If the winner does not complete the form and claim the prize, Sponsor will complete a second random drawing and select a second winner. The second winner will have ONE (1) WEEK to complete the form and claim prize. If the second winner does not complete the form and claim prize, Sponsor will complete a third random drawing and select a third winner. The third winner will have ONE (1) WEEK to complete the form and claim prize. If the third winner does not complete the form and claim prize, the prize will be forfeited. The Grand Prize will not be forfeited, and the process will continue until a winner completes the form.
4. PRIZES AND ODDS:There will be Thirteen (13) WEEKLY prize packages, one awarded each WEEK of THIRTEEN WEEKS. There will be ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE Package awarded after the Sweepstakes Deadline indicated below as WEEK 14.

Odds of winning the WEEKLY prize packages depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the associated WEEK. All prizes will be awarded (assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries). Limit: one prize per person, family, or household. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners. Winners will be required to provide Sponsor with a signed IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prizes. Sponsor will report the actual retail value of prizes awarded on IRS Form 1099 to the extent required by law.
The Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes shall consist solely of non-monetary items, commonly referred to as prizes. No cash or cash equivalents will be provided to the Winner. The Winner acknowledges that they will not receive any cash value, cash payment, or cash substitute as part of their Prize. The Prize is strictly limited to the non-monetary items specified in the Sweepstakes official rules. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary compensation. It is intended solely for the enjoyment and benefit of the Winner. In the event that the specified Prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product unavailability, discontinuation, or other reasons), the Sponsor may provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value. However, this substitute prize will also adhere to the no-cash provision. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants and Winners agree to abide by this provision and acknowledge that the Prize offered is non-monetary.
5. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Winners may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Prizes may be awarded to alternate winners if declarations/releases are not completed at the time that prizes are awarded. Winners agree to use of name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
6. RELEASE: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such companys officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
7. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Utah. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes if any cause outside of Sponsors control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted on a 2024 MOTOSPORT ULTIMATE 25th ANNIVERSARY 250 2-STROKE SWEEPSTAKES website and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non- suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and entrants submission) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if entrant tampers with the entry process or if entrants fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that entrant is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to Sponsors Terms Of Use (https://www.motosport.com/about/terms) and acknowledges that their information may be used consistently with the Sponsors (https://www.motosport.com/about/privacypolicy).
8. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
