How do I enter my tire size?

Look along the rim of your tire. You should be able to find a group of numbers separated by slashes and/or dashes. There are two general types of tire sizing, metric and english. Most street and dirt bikes use metric sizes. A metric size will look like 100/90-19. Most ATVs use english sizes, english size will look like 35x10-15.

    Street Bike Tires

When looking for a set of street bike tires consider the type of riding, wheel size and tread life. Lots of street bikes spend weekends at the track, others commute to work and some do both. We have a wide range of street bike tires to choose from some made to last for a season while others come with high mileage tread. You may be partial to one brand or perhaps a fellow rider offered a suggestion or swears by a certain model so you want to give it a try. Whether you're zeroed in or looking to see what else is out there you've come to the right place. MotoSport carries the highest rated motorcycle tires from industry trusted companies.

When To Replace Street Bike Tires

Not all street bike tires come with the same tread wear. Unlike touring tires, don't expect to get much mileage out of racing tires. One rule of thumb is to replace motorcycle tires before they reach the tread-wear indicator bars (1/32 of an inch of tread pattern depth remaining). Regardless, don't take buying new street bike tires lightly. Give one of our gearheads a call at 1-888-676-8853 if you need help or have questions regarding the next set of tires for your motorcycle and riding needs. Also, read our Sportbike and Motorcycle Tire Buying Guide for additional information before choosing.
