Great purchase

I got the smaller black version. It is really well made and feels like it will last a while. It was easy to install, only has a thumb screw. You cant really use this by itself but the Ram mount system is a great product.

Best Mounting options out there!

Ram mount arms are the greatest. I use these for my phone mounts, and Camera mounts. I have a ball in my steering stem on one bike, and the handlebar bolt on another. Whenever I switch bikes with just a few twists I can move my device holder effortlessly.

Able to record above past the windshield

This extension arm reaches over the stock Panigale windscreen so my camera can record without any reflection from the windscreen. Easy to adjust at any angle.

Short and tight

So, this is probably the most important of the RAM components, as it has to be sized to avoid controls on your bike. I wanted something low profile so my Garmin would be close to the handlebars. I use this "Short Double Socket Arm" with a RAM Handlebar Base with 1" Ball and a RAM Holder attached to a RAM Diamond Base with Ball. The combination results in a low profile attachment to my bike and provides a very tight "Rock Solid" attachment of my Garmin to my bike.
