Great Tire if you have the $$

These tires hook up like crazy, wear really well and are very tough/puntcture resistant. A bit heavy for you motocross/track guys but they are perfect for woods/trails. Nice flat profile for a huge contact patch. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Raptor 700 needs this Tire set

"In summary, "f'n awesome!". Well worth the money.. I replaced both front and rear tires. Great slide, great slow lug, tight turn in, great in all terrain for a 2012 raptor 700. Pair these tires with the suspension tweaks built on to the raptor and it is by far the best handling quad i've ever been on. If you are running stock tires and stock suspension settings, you are completely missing out on an excellent combination; the raptor 700r and the maxxis razr2."

Great tire

Great tire all around. I race xc and it gives you very good traction. I've ran both Maxxis rzr's and the rzr 2's. Both great tires. Either one will do the job

Mediocre

Lots of tread but for the price I would go with the ITP HD they are a better all around tire! Razr doesn't grab well on hard pack soil!

Will this fit a 8 inch rim?
Bike currently has racing tires. I do more trail/wood riding. And I'm looking to get more traction. Would this tire fit a 18x10x8??

ATV wheels and tires are made in multiple sizes for different machines. Wheels are listed as ??Diameter X Width?? Tires are listed as ??Height X Width X Wheel Diameter?? You will have to make sure the first number in the wheel size and the last number in the tire size are the same so that the tires can mount on your wheels. Also, feel free to give us a call at 888-676-8853 and we would be happy to help you out with your order.

Every time I ride in thge desert I get a puncture, what tire do recommend for me?

I would recommend a tire with a 6-Ply rating. The heavier, thicker ply tires will have better puncture resistance.

Does it come as a set or is this per tire?

If i have 20x10-9 will these be ok to put on?
MotoSport Staff

MotoSportExpert
Yes these will go right on your existing rims and you will have no issues with fitment. These tires will be just 1 inch wider over than your 20x10x9's. There are definitely more tire options in the 20x11x9's, but a lot of the OEMs do sell their ATV's with 20x10x9 installed.

It's best to stick with the stock sizes but yes, a smaller tire is lighter weight so it it will improve power a little.

A taller tire will increase your top speed slightly and you'll loose a little bit of bottom end. Chances are, unless you're a very experienced rider, you'll never know the difference. Most guys that want taller tires choose them more for ground clearance than they do for top speed. If you want to go faster, get a pipe, filter, bigger front sprocket.

How would these tires performe in sand and soft pack dirt?
MotoSport Staff

They do pretty good in sand and softer dirt. They have a decent lug depth on them for a pretty solid hook up so they should be alright.
