I think Maxxis makes a good tire, however they are too expensive for what you get.I think there are better tires out there for less money.
These tires hold up very well, very tough carcass
What else can be said?
Replaced the stock tires on my 2004 TRX 450R and it is a night and day difference.
The best xc front tire made...period.
RAZR2 tires wear like iron and handle anything you throw at them. I mostly ride in old coal lands with rocky terrain and all of the other tires I have tried over the years get flats real easy, The RAZR2 tires are much harder to puncture and if you do get a flat they are the only ones out of the many tires I have tried that you can ride home on a flat. With the stiff side wall they don't go down to the rim or come off the bead like other tires do so you can ride back and plug it at the garage instead of out on the trail
These are some super tires. I bought a set of the same for the rear
first and was impressed with the Radical tread pattern and how well they performed that I bought the fronts to match. I ride in some very rocky stuff and these are the best tires I could find that will hold up well. 6 Ply rated. I would recommend these tires to anyone.

The Pictures and Video were before the new tires but there is a super crash at the end of the video. My scooter survived Ok to
we have used hole shots in the past but since purchasing and riding on razor 2 tires we don't run anything else. We have very little problems with these brand and style of tire and we have never had to run tire balls. They last really well and perform excellently. Will never use another tire except the razor 2 style of razors.
I have had these tires on for a few months now and the tread still looks new. They perform great in mud, on dirt, rocks, etc. I would highly recomend these tires for any XC or trail rider and Motosport had the best price on them as well.
I have had a few different tires, but these Maxxis tires are tuff as nails. I like the 6 ply design, great for not getting flats.
I got these for my 02 Honda 400ex and they are amazing like going into a corner when you turn there is no delay they just grab and turn u unless you are in muddy conditions. During breaking they just grab so much witch is good for front tires and I highly recommend u buy this tire along side the maxxis RAZR 1s because they are such a good tire set up.
In summary, "f'n awesome!". Well worth the money.. I replaced both front and rear tires. Great slide, great slow lug, tight turn in, great in all terrain for a 2012 raptor 700. Pair these tires with the suspension tweaks built on to the raptor and it is by far the best handling quad i've ever been on. If you are running stock tires and stock suspension settings, you are completely missing out on an excellent combination; the raptor 700r and the maxxis razr2.
Best quality tire ever made!!!! Last forever too!!!!
IT IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I BOUGHT THIS TIRE AND IT GREAT. GREAT GRIP AND THE DURATION OF THE IS LONGER
I have been racing XC for years and this is the only tire I run for durability and consistent handling. I've tried others and I wouldn't trust a race to another front tire.
When I bought my 01 Warrior from a buddy he had Razr II on the back and was planing on adding the fronts. I bought it before he could, but he recommended the fronts based on a ride on a Raptor that had the Razr IIs on the front. Since buying these I have to agree they keep the front set where you steer it and seem to be really tough. I have to say I am really impressed with the Maxxis tires .
i dont see much difference between Holeshot's and Razr's..but razr2 are ALOT better then razr's they hock up in corners like a dream and last forever! most of the places i ride i have to ride down roads for a ways and they havent worn at all
Tires are great, installed on a 2008 Honda TRX700XX. They dig well on hard corners instead of being pushed by the machine. They seem strong and are very responsive
thies are by far the best tires i ever had on my quad i have a 400ex i ride hard and go through tires quick iv had thies on for 2 months now and i ride allmost every day there is almost no visible ware on them yet.. you can realy feal thim biting into the ground. the traction is amaizing i def. recamend them to anyone thinking about getting them.
handling is awesome.
