i am riding in the rocks of southwest missouri, and this tire hooks up great on my crf150r, but is just not wearing great.
Great tire for the money. The edges on the nobbies are more durable than other competitors. Also lots of cornering traction in this tread design. Great buy!
Bought this for my son's RM65 First, installation went very very well and it hooks up really good in the soft and hard packed terrain out here in the High Desert of California Definitely will buy this tire again!!
This tire is very aggressive for a dirtbike tire and sticks like glue to everything
I bought this tire to replace the stock tire I had on my 2001 KDX 200 and taking it out on the trails this past weekend I am very satisfied with how it performs. I don't have any complaints about the Maxxis after riding in conditions ranging from wet and muddy to dry and extremely sandy. I would recommend replacing the front tire as well with something a little more aggressive even if the stock tire still has good tread on it because after ridding with the Maxxis in the back and stock in the front I found that I didn't have as much control now that I had more traction in the back.
Purchased this tire for my kids Yamaha ttr110! Perfect fit! Holds up well and extremely durable considering the abuse my 2 boys put it through! aggressive looking tread pattern handles well in pasture and rock surface! Will definitely replace front tire with same Maxxis tire!
it has great traction, looks good, got no complaints.
I have used a a lot of different brands of tires and I ride all types of terrain and this is by far the most versatile tire. It works in all conditions and wears great. Unlike a some of the more expensive brands it doesn't wear out after 2 rides
Tire change was rough due to the tire being hard rubber but that's what WD40 is for
Great tread nice and smooth coming out of corners
If you can believe this I rode on the road for about9 miles still the the manufacturer nipples still in contact need to buy more
Just for the front though,
Replaced front and back Dunlop enduro tires. Greatly improved performance and handling. Hills, rocks, hardpack, loose
dirt or gravel, no challenge. Haven't been in mud yet, but
expect similar results. Great value. Great tires.
riding in western montana, i find this maxxis medium tire works best for the loose, sharp rocky environment. i am over 200lbs and most tires chunk out, but this one wears quite evenly. excellent investment
I received this tire the other day it was pretty exciting once i got the box inside the house. So i opened the tire box ....cool the Appearance of the tire
Is like no other with the yellow print on the side. The nobs look mean. Easy to install . With the right tools and don't rush it . Got the tire on and the Appearance of my cr looks great. Thanks motosport for the great product.
Alway like these tires. They are very durable and perform well at a decent price.
Bought this rear tire for my 2012 crf250r and have almost 50 hours on it and it is just about to be changed now. I have never had a tire last this long. The only thing I don't like is mounting this tire. It has stiff sidewalls and is hard to mount, but those stiff sidewalls can save you a flat down the road though!!
i love these tires! i have tried every brand and i will only go with maxxis from now on. tires last forever! very durable and great traction in all conditions!
This is an excellent tire it grips the ground very well in mumerous terrains, thus is a must have for your dirt bike.
title says it all
I have ran this rear tire for the last 2 years and it is a good tire the best whear and performance that i have found for the constantly changing VA clay/dirt .I like the MH 3 front better then the maxxis . i also ran a few geomax great tire for 2 rides after that its trash not worth the $.keep going back to maxxis IT.
Just an all round great tire.
