What is the benefit of this product when the boiling point is the same of regular water, as my race bike will regularly tip over 100deg c on the start grid.

A: I wouldn't recommend storing your vehicle with this in it under freezing temperatures. If the bike is going to be stored for a period of time when it may freeze you would want to drain this out and replace with a Coolant that would offer freeze protection.
