How do I know the Offset??
There are 4 bolts on my ATV Wheels, but I dont know the offset, how do I know? By measuring the range between nuts??
If I want to change the tires, do I need the same width tires??
Ex: My front tires size: 175/80 R8. Do I need the same width (175) also?

The offset will be the measurement of how far the wheel sticks out from the hub. The distance between the lug nuts will be the bolt pattern. Unfortunately I am not familiar with the quad you have listed so I am not sure what the bolt pattern or offset requirements you have are. I can tell you though that the tire size you listed is much too narrow for an 8x8 wheel. You would need a 8x6 wheel to accommodate the tire size you listed.

What size tire do i need to buy for Hiper Technology Tech 3 Single Beadlock Rear Wheel - 8x8 3+5 Black?

These wheels will require a tire designed for an 8 inch wheel. When looking at the tire sizing, the last number will determine what size wheel the tire will fit. A 20X10X8 would be a tire that would fit this 8 inch wheel. A 20x11x10 would not fit this wheel and would be for a 10 inch wheel. The first number in wheel sizing will be the diameter of the wheel and the second will be the wheel width. A 9X8 wheel would have a 9 inch diameter and be a 8 inches wide. The most common size tires for this wheel would be 20X11x8, 20x10x8 or 18x9x8.
