For the ultimate durability EBC presents its "R" series high-density sintered pads. A sintered copper material made in EBC's own U.S.A. facility, the "R" Series of heavy duty ATV and MX pads have become an aftermarket standard offering high durability and high resistance to contamination by mud, water, sand and grit, etc. offering reduced disc damage and long pad life.
Many of us enjoy riding off-road with trying to be Malcolm Smith and getting the brakes red hot. For that group, the Sintered R series pads are an ideal choice for off-road riding. R Series pads are a sintered copper alloy pad made in EBC's U.S.A. sintered production plant to deliver a medium to high friction pad at an attractive price point that lasts well in all conditions of wet, mud water or sand.
- EBC "R" Series sintered brake pads are the ideal choice for racers and weekend warriors looking for an affordable brake pad that lasts.
- The EBC R Series pads feature a sintered copper alloy construction that delivers medium to high friction for excellent braking performance in riding conditions ranging from mud bogs to desert riding.
- R Series pads are also designed for minimum rotor abrasion and will not damage your bike's brake rotors.
- Includes two brake pads, enough for one caliper.
Sintered R Series pads are equally well applied to two wheel and four wheel machines and as such are very well liked amongst ATV riders, especially due to the conditions on some rides where the rear ATV rotor hangs down in the mud and chews through lower quality pads in a weekend. The EBC R Series pads are available for all modern ATV and MX bikes and are priced well below original parts.
Better Stopping power and will last much longer than the cheap pads.
This is the second time i have had to re place my brake pads on both my machines. These pads are a perfect matched fit and easy to install. I cant say enough about the luck I have had with EBC brake pads. The price fits my budget and I'm happy to say motosport.com is the best place to shop for me. Keep up the good work folks. I am happy costumer.
i've had these on for about 2 weeks so far and they work perfect so far and there is no noise as well ...
Exact replacement, UTV stops like it did when new. Just installed so don't know about durability
I was in a pinch to make a purchase. I wanted something that would be reasonable in price. They held up nicely and did not sqeek during a two hour harescramble. I took first place in my class of 18 other riders. I was thankful they held up great. Great braking power and seem to be holding up well. I will have better review after this season. Of course this was a rear pad purchase. I also purchased the front in the same brand. I will save that review until the end of the season.
I been using these brake pads for years. The Ebc R sintered pads work great for woods riding
do what they should
the last a while, they don't make noise and the look cool...what more can you want right?
Very easy to install, much improved braking power over factory pads. Will monitor how fast/slow they wear down versus the factory pads.
2 races. Hare scrambles. Dry races. Still a lot of pad left. Grab very well
Factory performance, long lasting,and quiet!
They fit, they work. No KTM squek.
Since the front brake is so important this is an area you don't want to skimp. I've tried the cheaper off brand brake pads but I've come back to EBC. In particular, I like the sintered pads for muddy/wet conditions.
I mostly ride woods and trails with lots of stream crossings. I find that the sintered brake pads work better in the extreme terrain.
top quality long lasting brake pads
These are good brake pads for the money. Good feel and fine of stopping power..
DEFINITE IMPROVEMENT OVER A STOCK HONDA 650R PAD. IF YOUR VERY HARD ON BRAKES LIKE I AM, PERHAPS WEARS THE DISC SOONER (STOCK HONDA); BUT I RELY ON TOP PERFORMING BRAKES.
ive tried these as well as another set of OEM and renthal and these perform the best by far and they last pretty long as long as you use the back brake as well
I've been using ebc all my life. Great brakes
