Every DR.D exhaust is built, developed, and tested by Doug Dubach. DR.D pours more time into track testing, with more experience, than any other company. DR.D exhausts are not mass produced, each exhaust is unique and each has been developed on the track to best improve the bike's power character. You won't find 'universal' components, such as heavy springs and gaskets, in their construction because cutting corners, on the track or in production, is never beneficial. Take it from the man who has spent more testing time on a Honda, Suzuki, KTM, Kawasaki, and Yamaha than all others combined. If it passes Dubach's test, it will pass yours.

Yes, according to Dr. D if you purchase the NS-4 Slip-On for your 2014 Kawasaki KX450F you can purchase the header later and not have a fitment issue. Keep in mind that you can't do this with every bike, but for your 2014 KX450F you can.

This says it fits my 2014 crf250, but it doesnt say that its duals. will this convert my bike to single exhaust or does it come with two silencers?

This would be a single slip-on muffler for your bike. All the Dr. D Exhaust systems made for the 2014 Honda CRF450R would convert the bike to a single muffler instead of dual mufflers.

Yes... the spark arrestor is approved as we were allowed to ride trails with it. It can separately and included an allen wrench to install it

Will this slip onto an existing DRD header pipe, a stock header pipe, or both?
I have an existing DRD silencer and header on my bike. The silencer cracked and I need to replace it. Will this slip right onto the existing DRD header? At the same time, can I also slip it onto an existing STOCK header?

Yes, the Slip-On will work with the header on your 2009 Kawasaki KX250F. At the same time, the Slip-On will work with the stock header.
