• Give your self a break and your dirt bike a boost of performance with the Loudmouth High Performance Air Intake Kit.
  • The all NEW Billet Series Loud Mouth Intake Systems are Engineered and CNC Machined in house from a solid block of 6061 Billet Aluminum to maximum tolerances, making this one of the lightest bolt on performance products in the industry. This new design eliminates the weld of the flange to the intake housing and significantly increases the integrity of the product. (Patent Pending)
  • The Loudmouth kit reconfigures the factory air filter intake system with their new CNC aluminum mounting bracket that easily bolts up using the existing mounting bolts.
  • A newly designed universal air filter eliminates the need for a cage or backfire screen and creates a larger volume of filtered air due to the Loudmouth air filter's larger size.
  • Most motocross riders will find a power boost in the bottom end with extended top end rev performance. The Loudmouth intake kit is also known to reduce low-end bog.
  • Maintenance time will be dramatically reduced with the simple installation of the air filter to Loudmouth mounting bracket that provides a perfect seal to lock out dirt.
  • The Loudmouth High Performance Air Intake Kit includes: Loudmouth intake, Neo-Seal gasket, Racing air filter, hardware, front fender decals, air box decals, installation template, and detailed instructions.
  • 4.75" diameter inlet significantly increases velocity of airflow entering engine.
  • Improved airflow allows bike to start easier in fewer kicks.
  • Works with Mototassanari intake boot.

Excellent!!!
" Before installing this I would notice that every so often a little debris would somehow get past my air filter ( Uni). That has not happen since I got the loudmouth. Didn't notice any increase in engine performance over my uni but that fact that it seals completely is what sells me on this product. "

" Installation was about as easy as changing a filter. I didn't notice any power increase, but changing filters is so easy and grease free! "

worth buying
" It took me over a year to buy this product. It was on my wish list forever. I couldnt justify spending $190 on it and when I finally made the purchase I was wondering why I waited so long. The throttle response added to my 2006 YZ250 was very noticable. Makes the bike alot more fun to ride. I highly recomend this intake kit! "

Manufacturer's Installation Tech Tip
" All of the Loud Mouth Intake Systems bolt directly into the OEM Configuration's bolt locations with the exception of the Fuel Injection Honda's which have a premolded filter receiver built into the air box. We make the process super easy by providing these kits with an installation template. The most difficult part of this install is working the intake boot back onto the throttle body. We recommend a little bit of WD40 to help it slip on. "

Very good product
" This is a very good product. It was easy to install, its not as easy as described, but it is easy. I could tell a difference in throttle response, and more power through out the powerband. It makes changing the air filter really easy compared to stock. I recommend this product to everyone. "

" Installed just like they said, I had to remove the subframe in order to access all the mounting screws. went on quick after that. The strap that came with it broke after the first ride but the filter has a tight fit and stayed on. Definitely easier to change the filter from the stock system. "

Loudmouth CRF250 2007
" One of the best products ever made. I purchased this for my 07' CRF250 not only does the bike have better throttle response, but the changing of the filters is amazing. The wash-cap is also worth the money just slides on and you can power-wash the whole air-box. The filters are great as well, simple loosening of the bolt clamp and slides right off no dirt falls into the boot. And the best part is the filters are not bike specific. Easy install a 4 year old could do it. Worth every penny... "

" i got this not for the performance like it said but for the ease of changing filters and it works pretty well and i did notice that my bog went away in my crf250 its a good product its also great that a few of my friends have these filters and we can use eachothers filters "
can i use my no toil water based cleaner and oil with this product
Asked by blake223, g
I don't see why not. No Toil products are water base and should not damage any of the glues holding the filter together.
Answered by james718, Portland, OR
I use nothing but NoToil. Works like a charm.

Which increases power more, this or the K&N airfilter?
Asked by BigC
This unit is nice! everyone says something diff on power. It varies on so many diff factors. In general k&n's breath better that a tacky foam filter. But not always the case. Also intake systems and air box mods are going to yield far more power gains than filters alone, especially when perfect jetting is achieved. Or fuel injection mapped correctly.
Answered by sandstyle82, surprise,az
I think this would because it changes the intake.
Answered by Jcap50, Waynesboro, VA
do you have to re jet the carb when you install this probuct?
Asked by crf250r169
Yes, you will need to check your jetting after installing this kit.
Answered by Drewski, P+RTLAND
If you watch the video on you tube the designer comments that you do not need to mess with your jetting.
Answered by Randall, Ridgefield, WA
Loudmouth claims that you will not need to re jet after installing the kit. I followed this info and it worked for me.
Answered by Nicholas, MA
will this still work good with stock exhaust or would it make my bike run bad
Asked by kawi416
this has nothing to do with the exhaust system. You can alter the intake with or without an aftermarket exhaust.
Answered by james718, USA
It will work fine with stock exhaust no performance part will really make your bike run bad
Answered by JDom, Englishtown, NJ
It will make your bike run better. It did for mine atleast. Your exhaust shouldnt make a difference

Asked by skinnyman, Jal,N.M.
it will if it can breathe not just exhale. you need to purchase a good aftermarket intake.
