CV4 2.0 Cap

Fit and finish is awesome and works great. I use non glycol coolant racing supermoto and this helps raise the boiling point.

Radiator cap

This cap holds a lot more pressure then a stock and is a good replacement for stock.

Cap Bent

It worked fine for the first day, much better than the stock cap for enduro, but the next day it didn't stand the pressure and got bent. It started loosing coolant through the cap. Then I straightened it and is working ok again. Hope it doesn't happen again. The bike is a 2015 YZ450F

This cap is amazing compared to the stock one. the stock one i had a real problem riding in the woods through handle bar trails bc it would boil over 2 to 3 times in a 32 mile period. with the 2.0 i can lug around let the bike idle forever and it will not boil over for the price i will buy to put on every four stroke i get from here on out.

Didnt help klx450 overheating

Tried this on my klx and bike still overheated. Blew antifreeze all over while racing. Mechanic said bike might be runnin lean so maybe cap works when bike is tuned right. I put one on my 2015 kx 450 too just for safety.

Great product

I bought this for my 2005 KX250f because I heard it would help with the overheating problem I was having. I've been on two rides since installing it and my bike hasn't overheated so I guess it works!

So far so good

Seems to lessen boil-overs on slow technical rides. Only a couple of rides with it but so far so good.

A must for 4strokes

This is a must for hot running modern 4strokes. My YZF was boling at the really muddy races or in snow sometimes but not anymore since I use the 2.0 radiator caps.
