The BikeMaster Round Mirror has a thread size of 10 mm. You will need to measure the thread size on your stock mirrors to see if they are compatible on the 2008 Bonneville.

The Bikemaster Round Mirror will work on both the right or the left side. The head of the mirror will loosen and turn allowing it to be used on either side.

Thread size and stem length?
What is the thread size on these? I couldn't find the size listed anywhere. Also, I've seen conflicting lengths for the stem. I would like to know exactly how long the stem is from the bottom mount to the end that mounts to the mirror? Thanks.

The most obvious questions would seem to be offset dimension and whether flat or convex. Seems basic, useless without this info.?

The diameter of the mirror is 4-5/16" and it is a flat mirror. Unfortunately the company does not list the offset of the mirror, but based on the sizing you can see the that it is about 4 inches offset to the center of the mirror. The specs for the mirror can be viewed here : http://www.bikemaster.com/round.html

Yes, these mirrors will fit your 1980 CB750. These are sold individually so if you need both sides, you will need to order 2.
