Normally when installing a slip-on only minor jetting changes are needed, if any at all. If you bike is currently jetted properly you will likely not have to make any changes after installing this slip-on. I would recommend installing the exhaust and riding the bike to see how it is running then tuning your carburetor from there if necessary

Will this fit 06 ltz 400? If so will jetting need to be done? I'm looking for a slip on that won't require jetting?

This exhaust will fit your 2006 Suzuki LTZ400. While it isn't always necessary to jet when switching to a aftermarket exhaust, there is a chance you may have to. We suggest installing it and seeing how your machine runs and adjust accordingly.

It is hard to say specifically which exhaust system for your bike would be the loudest. Big Gun Exhausts are known for a deep, loud tone. This muffler would be significantly louder than your stock muffler.

What are the specs for the exhaust?
hp and torque and other

This will vary based on what you have done to your TRX450, such as intake kits or ignition, or even a cam. On a stock motor with correct jetting jetting you can expect a peak increase of about 3-4 horsepower and also the same number for torque. Keep in mind you will need to jet accordingly for the exhaust. This is considered a bottom to mid exhaust so it will hit harder down low and through the mid without a huge increase in power in the over-rev portion of the rpm range.
