We all know that a great motocross tire does not have to come with a high price. The Artrax TG5 tire exemplifies this by using advanced construction and specialized tread design to make for excellent high-end performance, while being priced to match any budget.

  • Built for Soft / Intermediate terrain.
  • The TG5 features a computer-designed tread pattern that increases traction in soft to intermediate terrain and optimizes control in the gnarliest terrain.
  • The front tire features ribbed sub-tread between the knobs that add control through the muck, and X-style shoulder knobs help you stay in control in the turns.
  • Widely spaced knobs to prevent the buildup of dirt.
  • Stiff sidewall with 4-ply construction keeps debris from puncturing the TG5 tire.
  • Sold individually.

Great tread

I would've rated this tire higher but it was a little bit of a pain to get bead to pop and stay popped but it's a great tire for my sons ssr70

Great tires, great price!!

I run Artrax tires on all of my motorcycles including my children's. They are great tires at a great price. Hook-up every time and are very durable. Only complaint is they are a little stiff making them a little harder to get on than most tires.

Excellent tire for the price

I bought this tire to put on my pit bike so I was not expecting much especially for the price. Wow was I wrong. This tire is great. I did have a lot of trouble getting it to go on rim, but only because the bead was so thick, so not a bad thing. The tire rules in soft surfaces but also works great on hard pack and rocky/rough terrain. Grabs great in the corners super stiff sidewalls. The tires tread pattern clears debris well, and keeps and open tread face to the ground. And as far as durability, this tire has been ridden weekly almost two years and the tread is still in great condition. Excellent tire for the price...

Great front tire

I bought a set of these tires for a friends CR80 rebuild. I was so impressed I bought another front tire for my CR80 when it needed it. This tire grabs so well. Our track is fairly deep sand and loam; I have yet to push out of a rut this tire just grabs and goes. And the price is just unbeatable. Good for trail, motocross, or enduro.

Great inexpensive tire

I picked up a set of these for my XR100 to replace the worn out originals. These tires have nice aggressive tread with good traction for the track/trail riding that we do. Very happy so far. HAven't had them long enough to test durability, but my friend has an Artrax on the back of his KDX200 and is happy with how its held up. Installation wasn't difficult. Will be getting a set for my TTR110 soon. HIghly recomended.

It works

You get what you pay for. I was looking for a cheap tire to replace the stocker on my wife's 110. Went with this since it was the cheapest. Hardest tire I have ever tried to put on. Pinched the tube twice and rode it the last time it with being flat. It was so stiff it stayed up enough for me to ride. Got a used Pirelli from a friend and use that now instead. It was my fault for going cheap.

The compound is made for soft surfaces like sand or mud, although the rubber compound is harder the tire works on a lot of other surfaces great. I wouldnt run it on concrete or any pavement, cause you will blow the knobs off. I have personally run this tire in sand, mud, clay, hard pack, grass, rocks, roots, it works well in all terrains listed.
